Job summary

Ins-Lab, based in Bengaluru, is seeking a seasoned CA accountant to manage day-to-day accounting, bank reconciliations, vendor payments and GST/TDS compliance. The role covers invoicing, MIS reporting and accurate accounts receivable/payable management.

Proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Excel is essential, with a background in audit firms or Articleship training preferred. Ideal candidates have Kannada and English fluency, and at least 6 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• CA with Articleship training or audit-firm experience required.
• 6+ years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Accounting & Bookkeeping: Maintaining day-to-day accounting transactions and books of accounts in Tally Prime.
• Bank Reconciliation: Preparing and verifying bank reconciliation statements and identifying transaction discrepancies.
• Vendor Management: Handling vendor accounts, processing payments, tracking outstanding payables and ensuring timely payments.
• GST & TDS Compliance: Managing GST and TDS accounting entries, tax calculations, reconciliations and statutory documentation.
• Invoicing & Billing: Preparing sales invoices, verifying GST details and maintaining proper billing records.
• MIS & Financial Reporting: Preparing account statements, outstanding reports and supporting financial reports.
• Accounts Receivable & Payable: Monitoring customer collections, vendor payments and maintaining payment records.
• MS Excel: Using Excel for data management, reconciliation, maintaining financial records and preparing reports.
