Job summary

Withum in Bengaluru seeks a professional with 3+ years of post‑qualification experience with a U.S. accounting firm to join our audit/attest support team. You will contribute to planning, data analytics, and project management, while ensuring compliance with professional standards and firm policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of post-qualification, hands‑on experience with a U.S. accounting firm.
• Experience in project management or involvement in internal projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience in data analytics and automation.

Responsibilities

• Creating and implementing firm-wide policies and concepts to improve audit and accounting quality.
• Assisting in planning and executing projects to support internal inspections and binder reviews.

This team provides auditservices, review and compilation services and other agreed upon auditprocedures to a variety of client sizes and industries.

• Creating and implementing specific proactive Firm-wide policies and conceptsthat continuously improve the quality of our Audit and Accounting practice.
• Assisting in the planning and execution of various projects to provide supportin connection with our internal inspections and targeted binder inspections.
• Assisting with other specific technical projects as requested, such asindependence matters, research projects, Quality Control Document revisions,training initiatives, etc.
• Demonstrating competency of technical skills, work quality, and the applicationof professional and Firm standards
• Promoting and monitoring compliance with regulations and ethical standards setforth by the Firm and other governing bodies.
• Developing professionally through reading, attending trainings/seminars/CPE,and accepting challenging projects
• Understanding general business trends and how they may relate to clientneeds/issues
• Assisting in project driven functions performed around data analysis andreporting to Management
• Assisting and leading in the binder review and engagement cleanup process
