Job summary

NR Doshi & Associates LLP, a Dubai-based professional services firm, seeks an Account Senior to manage end-to-end accounting operations for UAE clients. This role requires reviewing financial statements and coordinating with clients while guiding a team of junior accountants.

The candidate should have 3–7 years of experience in accounting and finalization, with IFRS knowledge and strong Excel skills. Immediate joiners preferred. Work From Office in Ahmedabad.

Qualifications

• B.Com, M.Com, MBA Finance, CA Inter, ACCA, or equivalent qualification.
• 3 to 7 years of experience in accounting and financial statement finalization.
• Mandatory experience in Accounts Finalization and Review.
• Experience in Team Handling and Client Coordination.
• Knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards.
• Experience handling UAE/GCC clients will be preferred.
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounting and bookkeeping for UAE-based clients.
• Review accounting records and ensure accuracy of financial transactions.
• Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Conduct detailed review of ledgers, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and UAE accounting requirements.
• Coordinate directly with clients to obtain information, resolve queries, and provide regular updates.
• Lead, guide, and review the work of junior accountants and team members.
• Monitor team productivity and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Prepare management reports, MIS reports, and financial analysis for clients.
• Handle month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Assist clients with audit requirements and provide necessary schedules and documentation.
• Ensure deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality standards.
