Job summary

Naukripay group in Mumbai seeks a Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting, prepare financial reports, and ensure compliance with accounting standards. The role supports budgeting, audits, and financial analysis.

You will maintain ledgers, reconcile accounts, coordinate internal and external audits, oversee month- and year-end closings, and mentor junior staff while driving process improvements and robust internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, or CA is preferred.
• 5–8 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities
