Job summary

Endeavor Green Solutions Llp in Nagpur is seeking an experienced accountant to manage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions for the company. You will handle sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, payments and project material costs, ensuring accurate records.

You will verify invoices, reconcile bank and ledger accounts, manage GST, TDS and statutory compliances, prepare project-wise MIS and P&L reports, and coordinate with project teams to ensure timely settlements.

• Manage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions of the company.
• Maintain sales, purchase, expenses, receipts, and payment entries.
• Handle accounting for solar project materials and related equipment.
• Verify purchase invoices from vendors and maintain documentation.
• Track project-wise expenses, material costs and profitability.
• Manage vendor payments, receivables and outstanding balances.
• Prepare and reconcile bank, vendor, customer and ledger accounts.
• Handle GST, TDS and other statutory compliances.
• Maintain records of solar project billing and installation expenses.
• Coordinate with purchase, sales, project and operations teams.
• Prepare project-wise MIS, P&L, cash-flow statements.
• Monitor advances to employees, vendors and project teams.
• Verify quotations, purchase orders, invoices and approvals.
• Handle monthly closing activities and accuracy of books.
• Coordinate with CA, auditors, banks, vendors and government authorities.
• Ensure all financial records and documents are maintained for audit.
• Review work of junior accountants and guide on procedures.
• Identify accounting discrepancies and resolve promptly.

• Track project-wise expenses, material costs and profitability.
• Manage vendor payments, customer receivables and outstanding balances.
• Prepare and reconcile bank, vendor, customer and ledger accounts.
• Handle GST, TDS and other statutory compliances and ensure timely filing.
• Maintain proper records of solar project billing, installation expenses and material movement.
• Coordinate with the purchase, sales, project and operations teams regarding financial transactions.
• Prepare project-wise MIS reports, P&L, cash-flow statements and other management reports.
• Monitor advances given to employees, vendors and project teams and ensure timely settlement.
• Verify quotations, purchase orders, invoices and payment approvals as required.
• Handle monthly closing activities and ensure accuracy of books of accounts.
