You will handle invoicing, payments, vendor relations, audits, and monthly MIS, ensuring accurate cash flow and statutory compliance. The position is full-time and office-based within 10 km of the Bengaluru office.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in Tally ERP.
• Strong understanding of AR/AP processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting.
• Experience supporting audits (internal & statutory).
• Knowledge of GST and TDS compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer invoicing, payment tracking, and credit control.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and ageing reports.
• Coordinate with sales and operations to resolve billing discrepancies.
• Manage vendor invoices, payment cycles, and reconciliation.
• Ensure timely processing of bills and adherence to policies.
• Maintain relationships with vendors to handle queries.
• Handle day-to-day accounting entries and MIS reporting.
• Prepare monthly ledgers, journals, and reconciliations.
• Support audits by preparing required documentation.
• Monitor cash flow, petty cash, and bank reconciliations.
• Ensure GST, TDS, and other compliance requirements.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Accountant with 10+ years of hands-on expertise, particularly in Tally, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable functions. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, process-driven, and capable of independently managing end-to-end accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities

#AccountsReceivable
