Job summary

Evnek Technologies Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Semarchy MDM Specialist with 8–10 years of IT experience and 3+ years in Semarchy xDM, xDI, and MDM. You will design, develop, and support scalable MDM solutions using Semarchy's Unified Data Platform and Snowflake from Bengaluru, with remote, contract-based engagement.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure Semarchy xDM data models and validation workflows.
• Develop Semarchy xDI integration pipelines for ingestion and cleansing.
• Implement golden record management, deduplication, and stewardship workflows.
• Integrate Semarchy MDM with Snowflake and downstream systems.
• Configure Semarchy xDM as a Snowflake Native App and manage Snowflake objects.
• Develop and optimize Snowflake SQL queries, views, procedures, and streams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define MDM requirements.
• Support UAT, defect resolution, and production deployment.
• Prepare documentation and runbooks.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Semarchy MDM Specialist with 8–10 years of overall IT experience and a minimum of 3 years of hands-onexperience in Semarchy xDM, xDI, and Master Data Management (MDM).

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SemarchyMDM implementation, data modeling, match/merge rules, golden record management, data quality, and Snowflake integration. The role involves designing, developing, and supporting scalable MDM solutions using Semarchy's Unified DataPlatform and Snowflake.

Key Responsibilities

• Design,develop, and configure Semarchy xDM data models, entities,match/merge rules, survivorship rules, and validation workflows.
• Developand maintain Semarchy xDI integration pipelines for data ingestion,cleansing, transformation, and synchronization.
• Implementgolden record management, deduplication, data stewardship, and datagovernance workflows.
• IntegrateSemarchy MDM with Snowflake, including staging, data publication,and downstream systems.
• Configureand deploy Semarchy xDM as a Snowflake Native App, including roles,warehouses, and data sharing.
• Developand optimize Snowflake SQL queries, views, stored procedures, tasks, andstreams.
• Implementdata quality rules, hierarchy management, and master data relationships.
• Collaboratewith business stakeholders, data stewards, and data engineering teams todefine MDM requirements.
• SupportUAT, defect resolution, performance optimization, production deployment,and post-production activities.
• Preparetechnical documentation, source-to-target mappings, and operationalrunbooks.

Required Skills

• 8–10years of overall IT experience, including at least 3 years of hands-onSemarchy MDM experience.
• Stronghands-on experience with Semarchy xDM, including data modeling,match/merge, survivorship, and golden record management.
• Experiencewith Semarchy xDI or equivalent ETL/ELT integration tools.
• Strongknowledge of Snowflake, SQL, data integration, and performance tuning.
• Goodunderstanding of MDM architecture, data governance, data stewardship, anddata quality frameworks.
• Experienceimplementing MDM solutions for Customer, Supplier, Product, or Item masterdata.
• Stronganalytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Abilityto work independently in a remote, contract-based environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experiencedeploying Semarchy xDM as a Snowflake Native App.
• Experiencewith Snowflake Tasks, Streams, Fivetran, or dbt.
• Knowledgeof supplier, procurement, or product master data domains.
• Semarchycertification or MDM/Data Governance certification.
• Previousconsulting or contract-based MDM implementation experience.
