Job summary

Share India Securities – Institutional Equities is seeking an experienced Equity Research Analyst to independently manage sector/company coverage, build financial models, generate investment ideas, and deliver actionable research for institutional clients.

The role requires 3–5 years of equity research experience in Indian equities with a focus on Pharma, Chemicals, FMCG, Jewellery and/or Defence; strong modelling, valuation, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Equity Research experience covering Indian equities.
• Pharma, Chemicals, FMCG, Jewellery and/or Defence sector coverage preferred.
• Strong financial modelling and valuation skills.
• Excellent understanding of fundamental research and sector-specific metrics.
• Strong report-writing, communication and presentation skills.
• Advanced Excel and good PowerPoint proficiency.
• Ability to manage multiple companies and work under tight results-season deadlines.
