Wroots Global is seeking a Technology Support Specialist with Selenium Automation expertise to develop and maintain robust automation frameworks. The role focuses on Java-based WebDriver automation, cross-browser testing, and integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of hands-on experience in automation testing, strong debugging and analytics skills, and collaboration with development teams to drive quality across web applications.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Selenium automation testing.
• Proficient in Java and Selenium WebDriver.
• Experience with TestNG/JUnit/Cucumber (BDD).
• Knowledge of Maven or Gradle build tools.
• Strong OOP and design pattern understanding.
• Experience writing XPath and CSS Selectors.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automation test scripts with Selenium WebDriver and Java.
• Design and enhance automation frameworks (Hybrid, Data-Driven, and BDD with TestNG/JUnit/Cucumber).
• Execute functional, regression, and smoke tests.
• Automate web testing across multiple browsers (Chrome/Firefox/Edge).
• Handle dynamic elements, waits, alerts, frames, and multiple windows.
• Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines.
• Generate and analyze test reports using Extent or Allure.
• Log and track defects with development teams.

We are looking for a skilled Technology Support Specialist – Selenium Automation with 3+ years of experience in automation testing. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on expertise in Selenium WebDriver with Java and experience in designing, developing, and maintaining automation frameworks for web application testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automation test scripts using Selenium WebDriver with Java.
• Design and enhance automation frameworks such as Hybrid, Data-Driven, and BDD (TestNG/JUnit/Cucumber).
• Execute functional, regression, and smoke test suites.
• Automate web application testing across multiple browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge).
• Handle dynamic web elements, waits, alerts, frames, and multiple browser windows.
• Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines.
• Generate and analyze test execution reports using Extent Reports or Allure.
• Identify, log, and track defects while collaborating with development teams.
• Maintain test data, automation scripts, and test environments.

• Strong programming skills in Java.
