Job summary

Infosys is seeking a consulting professional to support problem definition, estimation, diagnosis and design, and to deploy solutions for clients. You will research alternatives, build POCs and translate business needs into detailed functional designs.

You will collaborate with clients to analyze data, define to-be processes and contribute to high-quality, value-adding solutions for digital transformation projects.

Qualifications

• Primary skills include BPMI, B2B and Seeburger BIS.
• Educational background spans MCA, MTech or integrated BCA+MCA programmes.
• Candidates may also hold Bachelor of Engineering or BCA/BTech degrees.
• Experience with BPMI and B2B integration is preferred.
• Familiarity with enterprise packaging and BIS platforms is advantageous.
• Knowledge of Seeburger BIS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Aid consulting team across problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, and design & deployment.
• Explore solution alternatives using literature, public data and vendor evaluation; build POCs.
• Create requirement specifications and define to-be processes and detailed functional designs.
• Support configuring solution requirements on products; diagnose issues and shortlist options.
• Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives with high-quality solutions.

Roles & ResponsibilitiesA day in the life of an Infoscion

• As part of the Infosys consulting team, your primary role would be to actively aid the consulting team in different phases of the project including problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation and design and deployment
  
• You will explore the alternatives to the recommended solutions based on research that includes literature surveys, information available in public domains, vendor evaluation information, etc. and build POCs
  
• You will create requirement specifications from the business needs, define the to-be-processes and detailed functional designs based on requirements.
  
• You will support configuring solution requirements on the products; understand if any issues, diagnose the root-cause of such issues, seek clarifications, and then identify and shortlist solution alternatives
  
• You will also contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high quality value adding solutions to customers.
