The Kids Clinic in Mohali, Punjab is seeking a vigilant Security Supervisor to oversee guards, manage access control, and ensure a safe environment for patients, staff and visitors.

Responsibilities include incident reporting, CCTV monitoring, emergency coordination, parking control, SOP compliance, staff briefings, and smooth shift handovers to maintain hospital security standards.

Responsabilidades

• Team Supervision: Supervise security guards and ensure proper duty deployment, punctuality, and discipline.
• Access Control: Monitor entry and exit points and ensure proper visitor and vehicle management.
• Safety and Security: Maintain a safe environment for patients, staff, visitors, and hospital property.
• Emergency Management: Respond to emergencies, control crowds, and coordinate with relevant departments.
• CCTV Monitoring: Ensure proper surveillance and report any equipment malfunction.
• Parking Management: Ensure smooth traffic flow and keep ambulance routes and emergency exits clear.
• Incident Reporting: Maintain security registers, prepare incident reports, and elevate serious issues.
• SOP Compliance: Ensure all security personnel follow hospital policies and safety protocols.
• Staff Training: Conduct regular briefings and guide security staff on their duties.
• Shift Handover: Ensure proper handover of duties, records, and pending issues.
