Job summary

Accor in Odisha's Palace hotel is seeking a Security Manager to oversee all safety and security operations, protecting guests, staff and palace assets while enforcing policies and emergency plans.

The role leads a security team, conducts risk assessments, coordinates with local authorities, and ensures compliance with palace safety standards for VIP guests and events. This is a full-time, on-site position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Hospitality, or related field (preferred).
• 8–10 years of security experience, preferably in hotels or hospitality.
• Strong leadership, crisis management, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of CCTV, access control systems, and emergency protocols.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall hotel security operations including surveillance, patrols, and access control.

Job Description

The Security Manager is responsible for overseeing all safety and security operations within the Palace. This role ensures the protection of guests, Heartist, visitors, and palace assets by implementing security policies, risk management procedures, and emergency response plans in line with hospitality standards.
