Job summary

Accenture in India is seeking a security analyst to join the 24x7 analysis team. The role involves monitoring security events, analyzing logs and alerts, and responding to customer requests related to detection and tuning.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on SIEM/SOAR experience, knowledge of EDR products, and an ongoing interest in learning about vulnerabilities and countermeasures. Certifications such as GCIA/GCFA/CISSP are desirable.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of cyber security fundamentals, security devices, network defense concepts and threat landscape.
• Hands-on experience with SIEM, SOAR and threat hunting tools.
• Desirable knowledge in scripting languages and EDR products.
• GCIA, GCFA, CISSP certifications are desirable.

• Timely response to customer requests like detection capabilities, tuning, etc.
• Research new threats and provide recommendations to enhance detection capabilities
• Strong desire for continuous learning on vulnerabilities, attacks and countermeasures
• Identify opportunities for process improvement
• Response activities on EDR based on client requirements

Technical Experience:

• Deep understanding on cyber security fundamentals, security devices, network defense concepts and threat landscape
• Hands‑on experience in SIEM, SOAR and threat hunting tools
• Desirable knowledge in any scripting language and EDR products
• Preferable - GCIA, GCFA, CISSP

Educational Qualification:
