Job summary

Hyatt Place Bangalore Bannerghatta Road is seeking a Security Manager to maintain a safe and secure environment by implementing effective security strategies, managing the security team, and ensuring compliance with company standards and local regulations. The role involves developing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating the hotel’s safety procedures, including fire safety and asset protection.

The ideal candidate has a professional diploma in Safety and Security with a minimum of 5 years’

Qualifications

• Professional diploma or certificate in Safety and Security.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience as Security Manager or Assistant Security Manager in hospitality.
• Good practical, operational and administrative skills are required.
• Fluent English is appreciated.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, monitor and evaluate the hotel's safety and security procedures.
• Manage the security team to ensure compliance with Hyatt Standards and local regulations.

Summary We are looking for a Security Manager in order to maintain a safe and secure environment by implementing effective security strategies, managing the security team, and ensuring compliance with company standards and local regulations. You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Security Manager is responsible to develop, implement, monitor and evaluate the hotel's safety and security procedures, including fire safety, employee and asset protection.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years work experience as Security Manager, or Assistant Security Manager in Hospitality Industry .
