Job summary

Responsibilities

• Protect people and property by preventing theft, damage, and unauthorized access.
• Monitor entry and exit of employees, visitors, vehicles, and contractors.
• Check ID cards, visitor passes, and deliveries where required.
• Patrol premises regularly and report suspicious activity.
• Operate and monitor CCTV, alarms, and security systems as assigned.
• Maintain visitor and incident registers and prepare basic reports.
• Respond to emergencies (fire, accidents, medical incidents) and contact authorities when needed.
• Follow emergency procedures and coordinate with police, fire services, or management.
• Prevent unauthorized access to restricted areas and ensure order.
• Handover/takeover duties between shifts and communicate important incidents.
• Comply with company security policies at all times.
• Assist employees and visitors with basic security-related queries.
