Job summary

Accor Hotels is seeking a seasoned Security Manager to oversee hotel-wide security operations, ensuring guest, staff, and asset safety. The role includes monitoring CCTV, supervising the security team, and coordinating with authorities as needed.

You will implement security protocols, conduct risk assessments, and manage access controls, reporting incidents and maintaining equipment. Flexibility for night and weekend shifts is required in this premium hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of security management experience in hospitality or luxury hotel environments.
• Valid security licence/certification as required by local regulations and Indian standards.
• Proven experience in CCTV monitoring and access control technologies.
• Strong knowledge of security protocols, emergency response procedures, and risk management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to supervise security personnel.
• Proficiency in incident documentation and report writing.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate with security team members, providing guidance and feedback.
• Liaise with local law enforcement and emergency services as required, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Implement and enforce security protocols in line with hotel standards and policies.
• Conduct security risk assessments and recommend improvements to enhance property security.
• Maintain security equipment and systems, reporting malfunctions to management.

• Conduct regular security patrols throughout the property, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities
• Manage access control systems and verify credentials of staff, contractors, and visitors entering the premises
• Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and guest concerns, documenting all occurrences in detailed incident reports
• Supervise and coordinate with security team members, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback
• Liaise with local law enforcement and emergency services when required, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
• Implement and enforce security protocols and procedures in accordance with Fairmont standards and company policies
• Conduct security risk assessments and recommend improvements to enhance overall property security
• Maintain security equipment and systems, reporting any malfunctions or maintenance requirements to management

Qualifications

**Required Qualifications:**

• Minimum 5 years of professional security management experience in a hospitality or luxury hotel environment
• Valid security licence/certification as required by local regulations and Indian security standards
• Proven experience in CCTV monitoring systems and access control technologies
