Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3 years of relevant experience, OR High School diploma with 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in healthcare information security is preferred.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, HITECH, PCI, and NIST frameworks is desirable.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced security environment with strong communication.

• Support the Information Security Program and security operations.
• Conduct vulnerability and risk assessments and reviews.

This role involves vulnerability management, risk assessments, incident response, security architecture, and compliance activities to ensure a strong security posture across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the Information Security Program.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments, risk assessments, and security reviews.
• Maintain information security policies, procedures, and standards.
• Manage security incidents and coordinate remediation activities.
• Design and implement cybersecurity strategies and security architectures.
• Identify system security requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Configure, monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain security tools and infrastructure.
• Monitor networks and systems for security breaches and suspicious activities.
• Develop preventive security measures and improve security controls.
• Provide security awareness training and guidance to employees.
• Prepare security reports, dashboards, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to address security risks.
