Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Managed Security Services (MSS) System Engineer to join our global cybersecurity operations team. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting advanced network and security solutions for enterprise customers across multiple regions. This role places strong emphasis on modern security architectures including SASE, SD‑WAN, and cloud‑delivered security platforms, with a primary focus on Fortinet, Palo Alto Networks, and Zscaler technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain managed security solutions across customer environments.
• Engineer and deploy firewall and network security configurations across multi‑vendor platforms.
• Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to review and validate security architectures.
• Develop and implement security policies aligned to business and compliance requirements.
• Perform solution integration across network, cloud, and security domains.
• Support service onboarding, testing, and production turn‑up activities.
• Troubleshoot complex network and security incidents across global environments.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of MSS processes, automation, and service quality
• Provide technical guidance in customer engagements and escalations.
• Participate in on‑call rotations and provide support across multiple time zones.

Core Technical Expertise

• Network & Security Fundamentals: Routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP), MPLS, VPN technologies (IPsec / SSL VPN), NAT, segmentation, and network design principles.
• Security Platforms (Multi‑Vendor): Palo Alto Networks (NGFW, Panorama, Prisma Access, Prisma SD‑WAN), Fortinet (FortiGate, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer, FortiSASE, FortiSD‑WAN), Cisco (ASA, Firepower, Secure Firewall, SD‑WAN/Viptela), Secure Access & Cloud‑Delivered Security: Zscaler (ZIA, ZPA).

Professional Skills

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills with customer‑facing experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in network security engineering or MSS environments.
• Certifications (Preferred): CCNA / CCNP Security, PCNSE, Fortinet NSE.
• Education: BCA / B.Tech graduates or candidates with relevant qualifications in cybersecurity, information technology or related fields.
• This role is open to candidates legally authorized to work in India.
