Job summary

NSKH Tech is seeking a hands-on Security Architect to lead the architecture and design phase of a Greenfield security project for a Hong Kong client. You will advise on security best practices, design the target security solution, and guide implementation strategy while providing technical direction to partner teams.

You will architect solutions across Proofpoint, CyberArk, ManageEngine, and Microsoft Defender/ Sentinel, with seamless integration to Intune and Entra ID.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of experience in Security Architecture/Engineering.
• Hands-on with Proofpoint, CyberArk, ManageEngine, Microsoft Sentinel.
• Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Security ecosystem (Defender, Intune, Entra ID).
• Experience designing multi-vendor security integrations and architecture.

Responsibilities

• Represent the client in technical discussions and guide security architecture.
• Architect and design security solutions with MS Defender stack and 3rd parties.
• Design patterns, integration strategies, and MS/third-party interoperability.
• Prepare HLD/LLD and architecture diagrams with documentation.
• Lead workshops and provide direction to implementation teams.

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on, client-facing Security Architect to lead the architecture and design phase of a Greenfield security project for a Hong Kong-based client. The candidate will advise the client on security best practices, design the target security solution, and guide the implementation strategy while providing technical direction to partner professional services teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent the client in technical discussions and provide expert guidance on security architecture and best practices.
• Architect and design security solutions using Proofpoint, CyberArk, ManageEngine, and Microsoft Sentinel.
• Design solutions across the broader Microsoft Security stack, including Defender, Intune, and Entra ID.
• Evaluate alternative implementation approaches and clearly explain their advantages, disadvantages, risks, and trade-offs.
• Define integration patterns between Microsoft security solutions and third-party security platforms.
• Guide the client on architecture, integration, implementation strategy, and technical decisions.
• Provide technical direction and architectural guidance to partner/professional services teams during implementation.
• Conduct architecture workshops and technical design discussions with client stakeholders.
• Prepare High-Level Design (HLD), Low-Level Design (LLD), architecture diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Ensure the proposed architecture meets security, scalability, integration, and operational requirements.

Mandatory Skills

• 8-10+ years of experience in Security Architecture / Security Engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with:

• Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Security ecosystem, including:

• Strong understanding of security architecture, integration, implementation, and deployment strategies.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong client-facing, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to provide technical direction to implementation and professional services teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working across multiple clients and security projects.
• Experience delivering Greenfield security implementations.
• Relevant certifications such as:
  • Microsoft SC-100
  • Microsoft SC-200
  • CISSP
  • CyberArk Defender / Sentry

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a hands-on security architect, not a governance-only professional. They should be comfortable engaging directly with clients, defending architectural decisions, comparing solution approaches, designing multi-vendor integrations, and guiding implementation teams.
