• Lead access control strategy, including role design, SoD analysis, and user lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security controls into SAP programs and transformation initiatives.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering knowledge sharing and skill development.
• Perform staffing and resource planning for SAP Security needs across global projects.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into secure technical solutions.
• Monitor and remediate security risks, ensuring proactive response to compliance gaps.
