The Google Compliance team makes sure that our business is always consistent with the current financial regulations. This team balances Google's legal and compliance requirements with the dynamic needs of our users and the values of our company. As part of this team, you proactively identify pain points and gaps in existing policy frameworks and find innovative solutions.
As a Security and Access Management Specialist, you will implement a multi-year strategy for Alphabet and the YouTube Business organization. You will be working with many different teams across YouTube and Google, including Product Management, Software Engineering, Central Security and Privacy, and Legal. You will solve complex problems through technical and investigative approaches, synthesizing disparate pieces of information into concrete recommendations with clear communications, and project managing multiple streams of work.
