Security Analyst

Job summary

IntouchCX is seeking a Security Analyst to manage physical security for the India campus locations and promote security and fraud awareness programs. You will support risk assessments for clients in India and help implement the fraud prevention program.

You will assist the Security Manager in promoting strategic security plans, conducting risk assessments, and overseeing the site security team in daily activities, including after-hours on-call availability.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree or equivalent is preferred.
• Background in security is ideal but not necessary.
• Strong sense of security.
• Sound judgment and situational awareness.
• Working knowledge of security operations such as access controls, CCTV, incident response.
• Ability to build relationships and work in a team.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Availability for work after normal work hours is required - on-call availability.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Security Manager in promoting the strategic security plans as well as regional security initiatives in India.
• Assist in conducting client risk assessments and go-live assessments.
• Provide support in the implementation of Fraud Prevention Program.
• Assist in conducting investigations on security and fraud-related cases.
• Maintain compliance with applicable security laws, regulations, internal security policies, procedures and standards across all the India campus locations.
• Conduct external security audits and external security risk assessments.
• Monitor and assess incidents and events using all available tools and resources.
• Conduct accurate data gathering to support the implementation of the Security framework and programs.
• Oversee the site security team in the conduct of security engineering and daily activities.

About The Job

The ideal candidate will also assist the Security Manager in completing the fraud risk assessments for all clients in India and follow through on the actions plans.
