Job summary

Haryana Knowledge Corporation is seeking a security specialist to conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing for web, API and mobile applications. You will identify and track remediation with development and infrastructure teams, monitor systems for incidents, and support timely incident response.

You will implement security controls, secure coding guidelines, and configuration hardening standards, and assist with audits to ensure compliance with government cybersecurity

Qualifications

• 4-year full-time Bachelor's degree in IT/CSE/EC/CA or MCA, or ME/MTech, with 60% marks.
• Total 5 years' experience with at least 3 years ethical hacking/penetration testing experience for web, API & Mobile applications.

A. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Implement and review security controls, secure coding guidelines and configuration hardening standards.
• Support security audits and ensure compliance with Government cybersecurity policies and standards.
• Prepare security assessment reports and dashboards for management review.

B. Academic Qualifications and Experience

(a) Basic Qualification:

4-year full-time Bachelor's degree in IT/CSE/Electronics & Communication/Computer Applications or equivalent, or MCA (full-time), OR M.E./M.Tech (full-time) in the same fields, from a Government-recognized university/institution, with 60% marks.

(b) Experience:
Total 5 years' experience with at least 3 years of ethical hacking/penetration testing experience for web, API & Mobile applications.
