Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience for L2 or 8-12+ years for L3 in security operations.
• Experience in administering enterprise security infrastructure and incident response.
• Strong knowledge of firewall policies, VPN, SIEM/SOC platforms, PAM, MFA.

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage enterprise security infrastructure.
• Monitor, analyze, and respond to security incidents and threats.
• Manage and maintain firewall policies, VPN connectivity, and network security controls.
• Operate and optimize SIEM/SOC platforms for threat detection and incident management.
• Implement and manage Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.
• Configure and support Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) technologies.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and coordinate remediation activities.
• Perform security hardening across servers, endpoints, network devices, and applications.
• Ensure compliance with security standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Investigate security events and perform root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance organizational security posture.
