Job summary

JobItUs is seeking a Section Manager - Electrical for our facility near Bhilad (Vapi area). The role focuses on leading electrical maintenance for plant machinery, utilities and electrical systems, with emphasis on reliability, safety and energy efficiency.

Candidate should have 3–5 years in FMCG electrical maintenance, hands-on experience with HT/LT panels, PLC/VFDs, and a track record in TPM and Kaizen-driven improvements. Strong leadership of technicians and contractors is essential.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering required.
• 3–5 years of FMCG electrical maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of HT/LT, PLC, VFD and automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical maintenance activities for plant machinery, utilities and electrical systems.
• Manage preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Handle HT/LT panels, transformers, motors, DG, MCC, VFD, PLC and automation systems.
• Plan shutdown maintenance, troubleshooting and timely corrective actions.
• Monitor power consumption and implement energy-saving initiatives.
• Ensure electrical safety, statutory compliance and maintenance standards.
• Manage electrical maintenance team, contractors, spares and AMC activities.
• Coordinate with Production, Engineering and other departments for smooth operations.
• Drive TPM, RCA and Kaizen for continuous improvement initiatives.
