• Daily Power Generation Reporting and co-ordination with cement process.

• Replacement/Repair of Pressure parts.

• Shut down work planning and execution.
• Interaction with O&M Agency for performance improvement.
• Maintenance Inspection checklist and Preventive Maintenance compliance.
• Ensuring Safety Standard implementation and 5S practices.
• Spares Planning and Inventory Management.
• Full-filling all statutory requirements.
• Energy Conservation and Environment protection.
• Preparation of new and modification of existing SOPs.
• RCA of all breakdowns or operational disturbances.
• Troubleshooting mechanical equipment reliability issues.

Responsibilities:

• Daily Power Generation Reporting as well as co-ordination with cement process for heat-input (Temperature & Gas Flow).
• Condition monitoring of WHRS equipment's, LAB, maintaining DM water quality within standards/norms.
• Replacement/Repair of Pressure parts.
• Reliability improvement of equipment’s to sustain within 98%-100%.
• Shut down work planning and execution within defined shutdown time.
• Day to Day Interaction with O&M Agency for Plant Performance Improvement & Subordinate development/training.
• Maintenance Inspection checklist, Scheduling of work & Preventive Maintenance compliance.
• Ensuring Safety Standard implementation, 5 S practices to Model GPP, IMS implementation.
• Spares Planning, Inventory Management, Cost Control, Annual Budgeting & Adherence to that.
• Optimization of resources in-line with management plan.
• Full-filling all statutory requirements (Annual Boiler Hydro, Safety Valve Floating/Setting, Boiler Renewals from Boiler inspector etc.).
• Energy Conservation and Environment protection.
• Preparation for new & Modification of existing SOP, SWP,SMP, HIRA and Risk assessment as per OEM / Standard guidelines.
• RCA of all breakdowns or operational disturbances.
• Troubleshooting of problems related with mechanical equipment reliability & WHRS operations.
• Well versed with WHRS plant process, basic science principles applicable in Mechanical, WTP Chemistry & WHRS Operation.
