Job summary

Fujitsu's ServiceNow QA team is seeking an experienced Tester to ensure the quality, reliability, and integrity of client solutions. The role blends manual and automated testing with emphasis on ATF, functional, and regression testing.

You will develop ATF scripts, create test plans, execute tests across SecOps, Vulnerability Response, ITOM and ITSM modules, and collaborate with analysts, developers, and project managers to improve testing processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of QA/testing experience.
• 4+ years of testing ServiceNow implementations.
• Hands-on experience designing, executing, and maintaining ServiceNow ATF tests.
• Strong functional and regression testing across ServiceNow modules (SecOps, Vulnerability Response, ITOM, ITSM).
• Knowledge of ServiceNow data model, integrations, and defect lifecycles.
• Experience in Agile and Waterfall delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ATF scripts for critical business processes, new features, integrations, and upgrades.
• Create test strategies, plans, scenarios, cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Execute manual and automated functional and regression testing across modules (SecOps, Vulnerability Response, ITOM, ITSM).
• Validate UIs, workflows, business rules, client scripts, reports, and data integrity.
• Analyze results, document defects, and coordinate resolution using ServiceNow or Jira.
• Maintain regression suites and expand automation coverage as the platform evolves.
• Support performance testing to assess scalability and responsiveness.
• Communicate progress, risks, and quality concerns to stakeholders.

ServiceNow Technical Tester: Fujitsu's growing SaaS practice is seeking an experienced ServiceNow QA Tester to ensure the quality, reliability, and integrity of client solutions. The role combines manual and automated testing, with a strong focus on ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF), functional testing, and regression testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ATF scripts for critical business processes, new features, integrations, and platform upgrades.
• Create test strategies, plans, scenarios, cases, and acceptance criteria from functional and technical requirements.
• Execute manual and automated functional and regression testing across SecOps, Vulnerability Response, ITOM, ITSM, and integrations.
• Validate user interfaces, workflows, business rules, client scripts, reports, integrations, and data integrity.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of QA/testing experience, including 4+ years testing ServiceNow implementations.
• Hands-on experience designing, executing, and maintaining ServiceNow ATF tests.
• Strong functional and regression testing experience across ServiceNow modules, particularly SecOps, Vulnerability Response, ITOM, and ITSM.
• Solid understanding of ServiceNow capabilities, terminology, data model, integrations, and defect lifecycles.
• Experience working in Agile and Waterfall delivery environments.
• Ability to write clear test cases and communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.

Preferred Certifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).
• ITIL or other relevant software testing or security certifications.
