FlumenX is seeking a proactive SEO Executive / SEO Specialist in Thiruvananthapuram to join our digital marketing team. You will contribute to improving organic visibility, refine on-page elements, and collaborate with content and development teams on client projects.

The ideal candidate has hands-on SEO experience, familiarity with GA4 and GSC, and a data-driven mindset. You will monitor rankings, traffic, and provide actionable insights to boost performance.

Formación

• 6 months to 1 year hands-on SEO experience, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
• Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and basic technical SEO.
• Familiarity with SEO tools: GSC, GA4, Ahrefs, Semrush, or Keyword Planner.
• Basic knowledge of WordPress and HTML is an advantage.
• Analytical mindset with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines across client projects.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and continuously improve SEO performance.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct keyword research, search intent analysis, and competitor analysis to identify SEO opportunities.
• Implement on-page SEO, including title tags, meta descriptions, heading tags, URL optimization, internal linking, and content optimization.
• Perform basic technical SEO audits to identify crawling, indexing, broken links, sitemap, and website performance issues.
• Support off-page SEO activities, quality link building, backlink monitoring, and relevant outreach initiatives.
• Optimize website pages, blogs, landing pages, and other content to improve organic search visibility.
• Monitor website performance, keyword rankings, organic traffic, and indexing using Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4.
• Assist with local SEO, Google Business Profile optimization, and local keyword targeting where required.
• Prepare regular SEO reports, track performance metrics, and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate with content, design, and development teams to implement SEO recommendations.
• Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, SEO best practices, and emerging search trends.

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented SEO Executive / SEO Specialist to join our digital marketing firm. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of SEO fundamentals and hands-on experience in improving website visibility, organic traffic, and search engine rankings.

You will work closely with our content, web development, and digital marketing teams to execute SEO strategies across multiple client projects and industry verticals.
