We're now expanding our team and looking for a smart, analytical SEO Developer to help us (and our clients) rank better, faster.

Role Overview:

As an SEO Developer, you’ll be responsible for improving the technical SEO health of our client websites. From on-page and off-page optimization to structured data and site architecture, your role is a mix of SEO strategy and implementation. If you live and breathe Google Search Console and love debugging crawl issues, this one's for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive SEO audits and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Fix technical SEO issues including crawl errors, canonicalization, broken links, and sitemap errors.
• Optimize site speed, structure, internal linking, and mobile responsiveness.
• Implement structured data (schema markup), meta tags, alt tags, and H1-H6 hierarchy.
• Collaborate with the content team to implement keyword strategies and improve content performance.
• Perform competitor and keyword analysis using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Ubersuggest, etc.
• Monitor search performance using Google Search Console, Analytics, and reporting dashboards.
• Work with web developers to ensure SEO-friendly code and architecture.

Must-Have Skills:

• Proven experience in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (basic), and CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify)
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools – Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
• Understanding of Core Web Vitals and mobile-first indexing.
• Ability to create SEO reports and insights for clients.

Good-to-Have:

• Knowledge of international SEO and local SEO strategies
• Familiarity with Shopify, Wix, or Webflow
• Basic understanding of Google Ads and paid search synergy
