Position: Networking Engineer (Support Specialist)

Experience: min 2 years

Salary: ₹18,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month (No PF)

Qualifications: Graduate in IT

Industry: Top IT

Working Days and Timings: Monday to Saturday (10:30 am to 6:30 pm)

Joining: As soon as possible

Responsibilities and Roles:

• Must be good in English to speak to the clients
• Providing first-level technical support
• Performing pre-installation site check with customers or partners as preparation for installations
• Assisting subcontractors or partners onsite technicians remotely for physical network installation, device mounting, and configuration
• Starting device accuracy tests and reporting results until the device accuracy rate is at expected levels
• Escalating issues to Technical Experts team for assistance and prepare an action plan
• Creating flawless reports for activities carried out
• Maintaining a positive attitude and delivering excellent customer service
• Striving to exceed customer expectations and deliver consistent customer satisfaction
• Maintenance and troubleshooting of existing sensors at client locations
