Qualifications

We are hiring Backend Engineers with strong Golang experience to work on high-scale, real-time backend systems used by millions of users daily.

The team is building high-performance APIs, distributed systems, and microservices , while also migrating parts of the platform from Java to Golang to improve scalability and performance.

This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy solving large-scale engineering problems , designing reliable backend architectures, and owning systems end-to-end.

What You’ll Do

• Design and develop high-scale backend services using Golang
• Build real-time APIs and microservices powering critical platforms
• Work on distributed systems handling millions of requests per day

Must-Have Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in Golang
• Strong understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms
• Experience building high-scale backend systems or APIs
• Solid knowledge of Distributed Systems
• Hands-on experience with Microservices architecture

Preferred Skills

• Experience migrating systems from Java → Go
• Experience with Redis, Kafka, Memcache, MySQL
• Familiarity with event-driven systems and queues
• Experience building real-time platforms or large-scale internet applications
• Exposure to AWS / GCP / cloud-native infrastructure

Ideal Candidate Background
