Job summary

Innovapptive is hiring a Software Development Engineer II to extend our Mobile and Web Apps with scalable Node.js back-end and responsive front-end work. You will design APIs, model data in MongoDB/DynamoDB, and deploy on AWS/Azure/GCP while collaborating with UX teams.

The role requires 3–5 years of full-stack experience, strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, Kubernetes, and modern web frameworks. Hyderabad-based, with travel as needed.

The Role

As a Software Development Engineer at Innovapptive, you will be responsible for extending our Mobile and Web Applications product via designing, developing, and maintaining based on the customer requirements. The application enhancements need to be done based on scalable and robust best practice methodologies. You will work on both the front-end and back-end, ensuring seamless integration between the two. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from different industries and a variety of platforms on data-driven applications.

• Develop, extend and maintain server-side applications using Node.js.
• Design and implement APIs for efficient data exchange using microservices

What You Bring to the Team:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3-5 years of proven experience in full stack development with strong proficiency in Node.js, MongoDB, DynamoDB and AWS/Azure/GCP/K8S
• Proficiency in either Angular or React for front-end development.
• Good to have knowledge on Realm, Amplify frameworks and SDK usage
• Strong understanding of web development principles, design patterns, and best practices.
• Experience with RESTful, OData APIs and microservices architecture.
• Working knowledge on integrating applications with other 3rd party tools, i.e. payment gateways, Instabug, MixPanel, other applications, etc
• Knowledge on Kubernetes & Docker is required.
• Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Good documentation skills is required to draft HLD, LLD, SDD for customers
• Ability to work in an agile development environment.
• Must have passport for Travel requirements on Visiting customers
