1% Club in Bengaluru is seeking a Backend SDE to work on core systems powering a fintech platform that uses real-time applications, AI copilots, and fast experiences.

You will own features end to end, collaborate with the CTO and founding team, and design scalable backend solutions using GoLang and TypeScript, with emphasis on speed and reliability. This role offers a growth path in a fast-moving fintech environment.

Formación

• 0-2 years of experience in a Backend SDE role, preferably in a fintech company.
• Proficiency in GoLang and experience with other programming languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript is a plus.
• Ownership and obsession with the product.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain high-throughput, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems using Golang, Typescript.
• Work closely with Product Managers, Designers & Backend Engineers to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Break down complex user problems into simple, scalable backend solutions.
• Own entire features end to end, taking responsibility for coding, unit testing, bug fixing & documentation.
• Participate in architectural discussions, contribute to the tech roadmap, and drive technical strategy.

What will you do?

You'll be working on the core systems behind a platform that's redefining how millions of Indians manage their money, with real-time applications, AI copilots, and blazing-fast apps.

You'll have end-to-end ownership of features, working directly with the CTO and founding team to take ideas from whiteboard to production.

We care less about what stack you've used and more about how you think. You should be fluid across tech, know the why behind every decision, and treat speed and stability like religion. If you can write clean code, debug production like a ninja, and nerd out on system-level optimization, we'll love to have you.
