Job description

The engineering team has over 150+ engineers with skill sets across Android, iOS, and NodeJS. NET, Backend, Fullstack, QA, Data Science, Data Engineers, Security, DevOps, etc. We use a microservices architecture on the AWS cloud. Our Engineering teams are organised as Pods with Weekly sprints. We solve a variety of user, product and business problem statements at scale under one roof, which is very unique.

Responsibilities

• Build pixel-perfect, robust and accessible user interfaces on the web for complex use cases while maintaining the simplicity of code.
• Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
• Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks for an experience on par with native applications.
• Refactor the existing codebase and understand existing implementations to decide whether to refactor or rewrite.
• Participating in SDLC processes streamlining, POC development, Functional Estimation, Performance Tuning, Environments setup, etc.
• Ensure applications are performing to scale.
• Optimising components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure the website remains competitive in the market.

Requirements

• Academic background: B. E/B. Tech from top-ranked colleges.
• Experience 1 to 6 years in frontend.
• Good Knowledge of Reactjs and Redux Toolkit.
• Deep expertise in JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3 and experience with libraries and frameworks.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
• Well-versed with authentications and authorisations of cookie-based sessions.
• Familiarity with code versioning tools, preferably git.
• Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, Yarn, NPM, etc.
• Asynchronous programming patterns (e.g., Promises, Async built with JavaScript or TypeScript).

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js)
• Familiarity with Micro Frontend Architecture and its application.
