Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on development experience in Core Java and Spring.
• Strong knowledge of JDBC and relational databases.
• Experience with messaging platforms (RabbitMQ, Kafka).

• Advanced Java concurrency skills.
• Experience with Java performance tuning, garbage collectors, and profilers.
• Strong understanding of design patterns.
