Job summary

Neev Group Of Companies is seeking a Senior Network Delivery Engineer/Consultant to lead design, delivery, and migration of SDA-enabled networks for enterprise environments in India. You will shape architecture, implement SDA solutions, and ensure successful handover.

The role requires strong experience with SDA, DNA Center, ISE, and routing/switching, along with project lifecycle execution and customer-facing delivery. Hybrid or on-site in Delhi options may apply.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering medium to large-scale network transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle methodologies (plan, design, build, test, deploy, handover).
• Hands-on with network vendors; Cisco preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and delivery of network solutions across enterprise environments.
• Provide SDA design, policy configuration, integrations, and deployment expertise.
• Understand Cisco Catalyst centres / DNAC.
• Collaborate with project managers to define scope, timelines, milestones, resources.
• Conduct network assessments, and create HLDs/LLDs and docs.
• End-to-end project lifecycle: planning, build, testing, cutover, and handover.
• Manage customer communication and expectations.
• Analyze and troubleshoot LAN/WAN/WLAN/security/SDA.
• Create Visio diagrams and solution docs; support procurement/vendor coordination.
• Identify risks and mitigation plans.

SDA Migration / Senior Network Delivery Engineer / Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and delivery of network solutions across enterprise environments.
• Provide technical expertise in Cisco Software-Defined Access (SDA) solutions, including design, policy configuration, integrations, and deployment.
• Understanding of Cisco Catalyst centres /DNAC
• Collaborate with project managers to define scope, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.
• Conduct network assessments, high-level designs (HLDs), low-level designs (LLDs), and documentation.
• Physical rack and cabling design.
• end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, build, testing, cutover, and operational handover.
• Manage customer communication, expectations, and stakeholder alignment throughout delivery.
• Analyze and troubleshoot network issues across LAN, WAN, WLAN, security, and SDA fabrics.
• Create and maintain Visio-based network diagrams, topology maps, and solution documentation.
• Support procurement and vendor coordination for network hardware, licenses, and services.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and provide mitigation plans.

Skills Qualifications

• expertise in networking technologies: routing, switching, wireless, network security, SD-Access (SDA), DNA Center, ISE.
• Proven experience delivering medium to large-scale network transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle methodologies (plan, design, build, test, deploy, handover).
