Job summary

Jobtailor seeks an experienced network solutions lead to deliver Cisco enterprise architectures across SD-Access, SD-WAN, and Routing & Switching. You will partner with customers as a technical advisor and ensure designs meet business priorities.

You will design, deploy, migrate, and optimize complex solutions, resolve escalations with TAC, and mentor junior engineers while using Cisco automation tools to improve delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of related experience, or equivalent
• Active CCNP certification (Enterprise track preferred)
• 5+ years hands-on experience designing and deploying Cisco enterprise networks (Routing & Switching, SD-WAN, or SD-Access or Nexus DC)
• Demonstrated expertise in at least one of: Cisco SD-Access or Cisco SD-WAN/Meraki or Nexus Data Centre Technology
• Working knowledge of automation and programmability (Python, Ansible, Terraform, REST APIs)

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of advanced, multi-area Cisco solutions across SD-Access, SD-WAN, and Routing & Switching.
• Act as trusted technical advisor to customers and engage in solution discussions aligned to business priorities.
• Support the design, deployment, migration, and optimization of complex solutions for strategic customers.
• Serve as focal point for technical issues, including product vulnerabilities, escalations, and case resolutions with TAC.
• Create customer-facing documentation, migration plans, and implementation plans aligned to CX standards.
• Build complex test environments to validate designs.
• Leverage Cisco AI and automation tools to drive delivery efficiency, contribute reusable intellectual capital, and mentor early-career engineers.
