Job summary

EY in India is seeking a skilled SCT-Tech Enablement Manager to lead the design and delivery of scalable, full-stack web applications across frontend and backend layers. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, architects and cross-functional teams to drive innovative digital solutions that create business value and enhance user experiences.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of hands-on experience in full-stack application development.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and frameworks such as React/Angular/Vue.js and PowerApps.
• Back-end development using Node.js, .NET Core, Java Spring Boot, or Python.
• RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and API integration patterns.
• Relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB).
• Git and collaborative development workflows.
• CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.
• Cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong understanding of OOP, data structures, algorithms, and design principles.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and AI-enabled tooling.
• Knowledge of LangChain or FastAPI backends for agentic frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into scalable technical solutions.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack web applications across frontend and backend.
• Build responsive UIs using React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Develop server-side APIs/microservices with Node.js/.NET/Java/Python.
• Design databases for performance and data integrity.
• Integrate applications via RESTful APIs and event-driven architectures.
• Participate in architecture reviews and code reviews.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across dev/test/prod environments.
• Implement security, performance tuning, and monitoring.

Global Delivery Services refers to EY's worldwide network of service delivery centers. The GDS team plays an important role in EY’s strategy by ensuring effective support to EY’s growth agenda.

The competencies offered include analytics, digital, user experience, mobile technology, infrastructure, Microsoft technologies and open innovation.

The opportunity

We are seeking a talented and experienced Supply Chain Lead (FDE) with 9-12 years of experience to join our growing Digital Supply Chain Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications across both front-end and back-end layers. You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative digital solutions that drive business value and enhance user experiences.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies.
• Build responsive and intuitive user interfaces using frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Develop robust server-side applications, APIs, and microservices using technologies such as Node.js, .NET, Java, or Python.
• Design and optimize relational and non-relational databases to ensure performance, scalability, and data integrity.
• Integrate applications with internal and external systems through RESTful APIs and event-driven architectures.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical design sessions to ensure adherence to best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues across development, testing, and production environments.
• Implement security, performance optimization, and monitoring practices across the application landscape.
• Contribute to CI/CD implementation, DevOps practices, and cloud-native development initiatives.
• Mentor junior developers and support knowledge-sharing across teams.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• 6-10 years of hands-on experience in full-stack application development.
• Strong proficiency in front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js and Microsoft 365 technologies like PowerApps.
• Experience in back-end development using one or more technologies such as Node.js, .NET Core, Java Spring Boot, or Python.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and API integration patterns.
• Experience working with relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB, etc.).
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Experience in development of Responsive UI components for Agentic AI / RAG based applications
• Should be able to Work back with data engineers, data scientists, and UX designers to integrate LLM and agentic frameworks (like LangChain or FastAPI backends)
• Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong understanding of software design principles, data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming concepts.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Exposure to serverless architectures and event-driven application design.
• Experience working with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar deployment tools.
• Knowledge of automated testing frameworks and test-driven development practices.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
• Experience implementing authentication and authorization mechanisms such as OAuth, OpenID Connect, or SAML.
• Exposure to AI-enabled development tools and modern engineering productivity practices.
• Ability to mentor junior team members and contribute to technical standards and reusable frameworks.
