Job summary

ETS is seeking an Agile Facilitator to drive agile practices for global data and analytics initiatives in Delhi, India. You will collaborate with product owners, data engineers, data analysts, and scientists to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.

You will coach teams on agile methodologies, facilitate ceremonies, monitor KPIs, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders while ensuring compliance with data protection standards.

Position Summary

Responsible for facilitating agile practices and processes for global data and analytics initiatives. The role collaborates closely with cross‑functional counterparts, including product owners, data engineers, data analysts, data scientists, and other stakeholders, to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.



Primary Responsibilities


Agile Facilitation and Coordination


  • Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

  • Ensure that the data and analytics scrum team adhere to agile principles and practices.

  • Coach the team on agile methodologies and best practices.

  • Coordinate with team members, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and integration.

  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between team members.

  • Ensure that the collective team has a clear understanding of priorities and goals.



Impediment Removal


  • Identify and remove impediments that hinder the team's progress.

  • Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams and stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.



Team Coordination


  • Coordinate with team members, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and integration.

  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between team members.

  • Ensure that the collective team has a clear understanding of priorities and goals.



Performance Monitoring


  • Track and monitor team performance and progress against sprint goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Provide regular updates and reports to the data product owner and other stakeholders.

  • Use metrics and feedback to drive continuous improvement within the team.

  • Promote a culture of accountability and excellence within the team.



Stakeholder Communication


  • Act as a liaison between the team and stakeholders.

  • Ensure that stakeholder requirements and feedback are communicated effectively to the team.

  • Provide visibility into the team's progress and challenges.

  • Ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations and standards.



Documentation and Reporting


  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of agile processes, sprint plans, and team deliverables.

  • Ensure that all documentation is up‑to‑date and accessible to both onshore and offshore teams.

  • Prepare and present regular status reports to the Data Product Owner and other stakeholders.



Risk Management


  • Identify potential risks and issues that could impact the delivery of data and analytics solutions.

  • Develop and implement mitigation strategies to address these risks.

  • Adhere to ethical standards and comply with the laws and regulations applicable to your job function.



Knowledge / Skills


  • Deep understanding of agile frameworks.

  • Strong problem‑solving skills with bias towards action.

  • Proven ability to lead and inspire global teams to achieve their best performance.

  • Strong interpersonal skills to foster effective collaboration between offshore and onshore teams.

  • Proactive in identifying and resolving issues that impact team performance.

  • Flexibility to adjust to changing priorities and conditions.

  • Possess strong data acumen and understanding of analytics methodologies.



Education and Experience


  • Undergraduate degree (or equivalent experience) in related fields such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science or other areas combined with relevant work experience is required.

  • 3+ years of combined experience as a scrum master, program manager, management consulting, or Agile preferably in a data and analytics environment.

  • Or an equivalent combination of education and experience to constitute a similar level of expertise, i.e., Bachelor’s degree and 1+ year of experience in relevant field or Master’s degree and 2+ years of experience in relevant field.

  • Agile methodologies and ideally, analytics methodology experience.

  • The base salary range advertised represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. The base pay is only one aspect of the Total Rewards Package that will be offered to the successful candidate.
