Job summary

Responsibilities

• Collaborating, facilitating, and leading the scrum team to overcome obstacles and realize success throughout the life of each sprint.
• Organize and facilitates the sprint planning meeting.
• Facilitates daily stand-up meetings, demo, and decision-making processes to ensure quick inspection and proper use of adaptation process.
• Planning and prioritization of sprints/releases.
• Conduct scrum ceremonies as per sprint/release cadence - epic grooming, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, sprint demonstrations.
• Sprint tracking, Daily, Weekly, monthly reporting.
• Cross-team coordination and Issue resolution.
• Coach and mentor team members on Scrum principles and practices; Remove impediments to the team's progress.
