Job summary

ACL Digital is seeking a Scrum Master with 6–9 years of experience to drive Agile delivery in large-scale enterprise environments.

You will enable SAFe practices, facilitate PI Planning, and coach multiple teams on Jira and Confluence while maintaining clear communication with cross-functional stakeholders.

This role requires strong facilitation, servant leadership, and the ability to remove impediments to keep programs progressing.

Qualifications

• Experience in Agile delivery and Scrum Master roles in enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of SAFe frameworks and PI Planning.
• Proficient with Jira and Confluence for backlogs and metrics.
• Excellent communication with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Certifications SAFe Agilist/SSM, CSM, or PMI-ACP.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and PI Planning across multiple teams.
• Coach teams on SAFe practices and Agile metrics.
• Remove impediments and protect team progress.
• Partner with product and technology stakeholders to align delivery.
