Job summary

Capgemini Gurgaon is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile software development teams and drive delivery governance. The role requires hands-on expertise with Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, and Confluence, along with a deep understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.

You will coach teams, facilitate ceremonies, remove impediments, and collaborate with Product Owners to ensure timely product delivery.

Qualifications

• 6–12 years of IT experience with proven Agile leadership.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, Confluence.
• CSM/PSM/SAFe Scrum Master certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and lead Agile Scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews and Retrospectives.
• Coach and mentor teams on Agile principles, Scrum, Kanban and continuous improvement.
• Identify, track and remove impediments impacting team productivity and sprint goals.
• Collaborate with Product Owners on backlog management and release planning.
• Monitor sprint progress using Agile metrics and dashboards.
• Drive transparency and governance using Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally and Confluence.
• Coordinate dependencies across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure effective communication between business, development, QA and leadership.
• Support Agile transformation initiatives and promote a collaborative culture.
