Job summary

Elfonze Technologies seeks a hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud specialist with deep expertise in Procurement, Supplier, Inventory, and PIM/PDH modules. You will cover full P2P cycles, supplier lifecycle, and inventory controls while shaping functional designs and leading RICE object testing.

The role requires delivering functional specs, data migration support (FBDI/ADFDI), and end-user training, with strong communication and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud modules in procurement, supplier, inventory, and PIM/PDH.
• Knowledge of end-to-end P2P cycles, SSP, Sourcing, contracts, and BPM approvals.
• Exposure to RICE objects, data migrations, and functional design documentation.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and create functional designs and lean specifications.
• Perform functional unit testing of RICE objects and support CRP/SIT/UAT phases.
• Assist with data migration (FBDI/ADFDI) and troubleshoot interfaces/ESS errors.
• Deliver end-user training and robust documentation.

Job description

Hands-on functional expertise across Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement, Supplier, Inventory, and Product Information Management (PIM/PDH) modules.

Procurement: Full Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle — requisition, purchase order, receipt, and invoice matching (2/3/4-way) — plus core purchasing, Self-Service Procurement (SSP), Sourcing (RFI/RFQ/auctions), Procurement Contracts, and BPM approval hierarchies.

Supplier: End-to-end supplier lifecycle, including supplier/supplier-site setup, Supplier Portal onboarding, Supplier Qualification Management, and Blanket/Contract Purchase Agreements.

Inventory: Inventory org structures, sub inventories, locators, material status controls, inter/intra-org transfers, shipping networks, transfer types (in-transit/direct), and FOB points; familiarity with on-hand tracking, reservations, min-max planning, cycle counting, and intercompany flows.

PIM / Item Management: Item master setup and governance — item classes, attributes, templates, catalogs, and categories — along with item structures/BOMs, new item request (NIR) workflows, and item data migration using FBDI.

Strong command of setups via Functional Setup Manager (FSM), with requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and functional documentation.

Exposure to Cost Management (standard/average costing, landed cost) is an advantage.

RICE : Exposure to understanding of Reports, Interfaces, Conversions and Extensions. Should be able to gather business requirements and create functional design and specifications / lean specification documents, explain the requirements to the technical team and perform Functional Unit testing of the RICE objects.

Proven experience across implementation and support lifecycles — CRP, SIT, UAT, data migration (FBDI/ADFDI), troubleshooting interface/ESS errors, and Oracle Support SRs.

Strong communication, documentation, and end-user training skills.
