Job description

What you will do:

• Delivering technical support to field team on various Schneider DCIM solutions and EcoStruxure Asset Advisors
• On-site intervention for complex technical issues
• Issue analysis and lead technical discussions with customers on resolution and root cause analysis
• Work with Business team and validate the scope and resources required for each project
• Work with Product experts, Engineering, R&D and global teams on various technical subjects
• Work with Connected Service Hub team for EAA solution
• Competency management of direct and partner engineers
• Make sure that safety guidelines and execution discipline is adhered to
• Build and share best practices with the global ecosystem

Experience and skills, we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics, Electrical, or equivalent
• Minimum 7 years of hands on experience on Software, DCIM domain
• Through understanding of Cyber Security
• Hands on experience on Servers configuration, FTP, TCP/IP, Modbus, Serial, SNMP, remote connectivity tools etc
• Experience of handling Data Centre, IT, Industry customer segment
• Experience in IoT, Cloud computing would be advantage
• Knowledge on UPS, Cooling and Electricals (Breaker, Contactors, Relays, etc)
