Job summary

Hitachi Systems in Bengaluru seeks an IT Support Specialist to provide L1 support for SCCM/MECM and Microsoft Intune, monitor consoles, and ensure device compliance across the fleet.

You will deploy software and updates, troubleshoot enrollment issues, manage Windows endpoints, handle incidents within SLA, and maintain SOPs and knowledge bases, generating reports on patching and deployment activities. This role collaborates with L2/L3 teams and contributes to documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1 support for SCCM/MECM and Microsoft Intune environments.
• Monitor SCCM and Intune consoles for alerts, device compliance, and client health.
• Deploy software, applications, and Windows updates using SCCM and Intune.
• Troubleshoot SCCM client installation, Intune enrollment, and MDM-related issues.
• Support Windows Autopilot device provisioning and enrollment activities.
• Manage Windows 10/11 endpoint devices through SCCM and Intune.
• Perform patch deployment and monitor compliance reports.
• Resolve endpoint configuration, policy, and application deployment issues.
• Handle incidents, service requests, and user queries within SLA.
• Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 support teams.
• Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
• Generate operational reports related to patch compliance, software deployment, and device inventory.
