We are passionate about delivering innovative and data-driven marketing solutions. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will lead and manage 360-degree digital operations, focusing on performance marketing, ad spending, analytics, and overall digital strategy to drive measurable results and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy and Planning:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy covering performance marketing, SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.

- Define KPIs for each channel and align marketing objectives with overall business goals.

Performance Marketing and Ad Management:

- Manage end-to-end performance marketing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others.

- Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI, leveraging A/B testing, audience targeting, and data-driven decisions.

- Analyze ad performance metrics like CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS, and refine bidding strategies accordingly.

- Implement retargeting and remarketing strategies to increase conversions.

Analytics and Reporting:

- Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and SEMrush to monitor and analyze campaign performance.

- Generate insightful reports with actionable recommendations and present them to stakeholders.

- Track the performance of paid and organic campaigns and provide suggestions for improvement.

SEO and Website Optimization:

- Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and rankings.

- Collaborate with the development team to optimize website speed, usability, and mobile responsiveness.

Content and Social Media Management:

- Oversee the content marketing strategy to align with SEO and lead-generation goals.

- Manage social media accounts to build brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth.

- Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns to amplify brand reach.

Team Leadership and Collaboration:

- Lead a team of digital marketing professionals, including content creators, social media managers, and performance marketing specialists.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, and design) to ensure marketing strategies align with broader business objectives.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- Proven experience in managing 360-degree digital marketing operations, with a strong focus on performance marketing.

- Expertise in ad platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Instagram Ads) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.).

- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, content marketing, and social media strategies.

- Proven experience in managing significant ad budgets with a focus on ROI and ROAS.

- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management abilities.
