About the job:
The Infrastructure Network Engineering department consists of 11 employees and its overall purpose is to maintain, operate and develop Saxobank’s LAN, WAN, Remote offices and Datacenters across the globe.

As our new Network and Automation Specialist, you will refer to the Infrastructure Network Manager and among other tasks, you will be responsible for:

1. Major/critical Incident handling.
2. Working within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure.
3. Providing 2nd/3rd level support on network related issues globally.
4. Maintaining, developing and automating our WAN, LAN and Cloud Networks.
5. Designing and implementing automation tasks and monitoring their effectiveness.
6. Liaising with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.

YOUR PROFILE

As a person, you come across as a well-motivated team player with a high drive to learn and explain complicated technical solutions. You work well in an organization of high delivery pace and strive to finish projects within the agreed timeline.

Further, we are looking for a candidate with the following professional competencies:

1. Network skills on at least Cisco CCNA-RS level, CCNP-RS preferred.
2. Firewall and Network maintenance planning, upgrades and deployment.
3. Deep understanding of networking technologies (e.g., IPSEC, 802.1X, HSRP, BGP, OSPF, QoS).
4. Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic and network analytics tools.
5. Troubleshooting skills on Routing and Switching, IPsec VPN.
6. Proficiency in routing protocols, especially BGP and OSPF, and Access Control Lists (ACL) concepts.
7. Preferable some familiarity or hands-on programming experience with some scripting languages and network deployment tools/models such as Power Shell, Python, JSON, Yang, Openflow, REST, Netconf.
8. Fluent in English (Corporate language and used every day in the department).
