Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP WM process design aligned with supply chain objectives and external system integrations.
• Analyze and optimize warehouse workflows for receiving, putaway, picking, packing, shipping and returns.
• Configure SAP WM interfaces to external systems including transport platforms and automation controllers.
• Manage integration of handling unit management within SAP WM including packing hierarchies.
• Define storage unit management strategies to reflect storage constraints and improve space utilization.
• Design and support SAP WM RF transactions with user-friendly handheld screens.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end SAP solutions for consumer goods supply chains.
• Provide expert functional guidance during projects: fit-gap, blueprinting, configuration, testing, and cutover.
• Drive continuous improvements by monitoring KPIs and refining SAP processes.
• Deliver knowledge transfer and training to warehouse supervisors and support teams.
• Ensure governance, audit compliance, and secure traceability in SAP WM and yard operations.

Responsibilities

• Drive end to end SAP Warehouse Management process design that aligns warehouse operations with strategic supply chain objectives for consumer goods clients ensuring robust integration with core SAP modules and external systems for reliable data and material flows.
• Lead detailed functional analysis of existing warehouse workflows in receiving putaway picking packing shipping and returns transforming findings into optimized configurations that improve throughput inventory accuracy and order fulfillment performance.
• Orchestrate SAP Warehouse Management interface configuration to external systems such as transportation platforms and automation controllers focusing on stable message flows error handling and performance tuning that support high volume operations.
• Manage the integration of handling unit management within SAP Warehouse Management defining packing hierarchies material groupings and labeling standards that streamline physical handling reduce damage and support regulatory compliance.
• Configure and refine SAP Yard and Resource Management scenarios that coordinate dock door appointments yard movements and equipment allocation improving dock utilization trailer turnaround times and overall site safety.
• Define and optimize SAP Storage Unit Management strategies that reflect physical storage constraints product characteristics and velocity profiles enhancing space utilization cycle counting efficiency and picking productivity.
• Design and support SAP Warehouse Management RF transactions that deliver intuitive handheld workflows for operators focusing on user friendly screens minimal key strokes and robust validation to reduce errors and training time.
• Collaborate closely with cross functional teams spanning supply chain planning logistics procurement and finance to ensure integrated SAP Warehouse Management solutions that support end to end consumer goods supply chain objectives.
• Provide expert functional guidance during project lifecycles including fit gap analysis solution blueprinting configuration testing and cutover ensuring that warehouse and yard processes are stable scalable and aligned with business priorities.
• Develop and maintain detailed functional specifications for enhancements and integrations related to SAP Warehouse Management RF transactions and yard management enabling technical teams to build solutions that meet stringent operational requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by monitoring key warehouse and yard performance indicators proposing SAP process and configuration refinements that reduce cost to serve minimize waste and improve customer service levels.
• Deliver structured knowledge transfer and user enablement for warehouse supervisors operators and support teams using clear documentation and practical training sessions that foster adoption of SAP Warehouse Management and RF solutions.
• Ensure that all SAP Warehouse Management and yard configurations comply with internal governance standards audit requirements and industry regulations supporting secure traceable and ethical supply chain operations.

Qualifications

• Possess between five and seven years of hands on experience in SAP Warehouse Management demonstrating applied expertise in interfaces to external systems and integration with core SAP modules in complex supply chain environments.
• Bring proven experience in SAP Warehouse Management integration with handling unit management including design of packing structures and execution scenarios that support high volume consumer goods distribution.
• Demonstrate strong proficiency in SAP Yard and Resource Management and SAP Storage Unit Management applying these capabilities to real world warehouse and yard operations to improve space utilization and asset productivity.
• Show deep practical knowledge of SAP Warehouse Management RF transactions with a track record of designing and supporting operator centric RF processes that enhance accuracy and efficiency in hybrid work models.
• Offer solid domain experience in supply chain management and consumer goods distribution translating business processes such as order fulfillment replenishment and returns into effective SAP Warehouse Management solutions.
• Exhibit strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to interpret operational data and system logs to diagnose issues propose targeted remediation actions and prevent recurrence in warehouse and yard operations.
