Job summary

Zettamine Labs in Hyderabad seeks an experienced SAP Vistex Functional Consultant to drive Vistex implementations, Paybacks/Chargebacks, Ship & Debit, and Accruals & Settlement.

You will collaborate with SAP SD teams, ABAP developers, and IT/ServiceNow specialists to ensure seamless integrations, testing, and global support across regions including US, Europe, and Asia.

Qualifications

• Experience in SAP Vistex configuration and SAP SD.
• Hands-on with Vistex Paybacks & Chargebacks.
• Experience with Billback & Paybacks processes in Vistex.
• Exposure to EDI/IDOC integrations and ABAP coordination.
• Testing, UAT, and production support for global deployments.

Responsibilities

• Work on Vistex Paybacks & Chargebacks including Billback Claims Management.
• Handle Vistex Ship & Debit across US, EMEA, and Asia regions.
• Manage VAT tax handling in Vistex for Europe and beyond.
• Oversee Vistex Accruals & Settlement processes.
• Configure IP Agreement Types, Number Ranges, and Settlement Profiles.
• Collaborate with ABAP developers for enhancements and testing.
• Coordinate Vistex archival processes with SAP Basis teams.
• Prepare functional specs, FDDs, and testing docs.
• Support integration testing, functional testing, and UAT.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced SAP Vistex Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Vistex Paybacks & Chargebacks, Billback Claims Management, Ship & Debit, Accruals & Settlement, and Agreement Management.

The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in SAP Vistex configuration and SAP SD, along with exposure to integrations, EDI/IDOCs, ABAP coordination, testing, production support, and global Vistex implementations/support.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on Vistex Paybacks & Chargebacks, particularly the Billback Claims Management process.
• Handle Vistex Ship & Debit processes across different regions including US, EMEA, and Asia.
• Work with VAT tax handling in Vistex for Europe and other regions.
• Manage Vistex Accruals & Settlement processes.
• Work on Billback Agreement Management, Claims Management, Pools Management, Distributor Inventory, Accruals & Settlement, and Billback Reporting.
• Configure IP Agreement Types, Number Ranges, Claim Types, Pricing Procedures, Action Codes, Rejection Reasons, Condition Type Groups, Condition Types, Accrual Profiles, and Settlement Profiles.
• Work closely with SAP Vistex ABAP developers to design and implement enhancements and new functionalities.
• Coordinate with SAP Basis teams for Vistex archival processes, including Ship & Debit Claims, Vistex Agreements, and Agreement Requests.
• Analyze business issues, provide solutions, and prepare test scripts for various business processes.
• Support integration testing, functional testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Prepare functional and technical specifications, FDD documentation, and testing documentation.
• Work with SAP SD, Order Management (OM), Material Master, FI, and EDI teams for cross-functional requirements.
• Handle EDI/IDOC processes for inbound and outbound Claim Creation, Claim Response, and Agreement Response.
• Manage enhancement requests throughout the complete SDLC, including requirements gathering, specifications, development coordination, testing, and UAT support.
• Work with Customer Master and Material Master data used in Vistex Agreements, Claims, and IP document processing.
• Provide global Vistex support to US, Asia, and Europe and resolve incidents based on priority.
• Work with ITSM/Service Desk tools such as ServiceNow.
• Test custom transactions and reports following system upgrades.
• Research Vistex/SAP issues through SAP OSS Notes, evaluate applicable notes, and support testing after implementation.
• Work with DMR and VIZI functionalities as required.

• 78 years of experience in SAP Vistex Functional Consulting.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP Vistex Configuration.
• Strong experience in Vistex Billback / Paybacks & Chargebacks.
• Experience with Vistex Ship & Debit.
• Experience in Vistex Accruals & Settlement.
• Strong knowledge of Vistex Agreement and Claims Management.
• Experience with SAP SD Configuration.
• Knowledge of EDI / IDOCs and integration processes.
• Good understanding of ABAP and ability to work with ABAP developers.
• Experience in functional specifications, FDD, test scripts, functional testing, integration testing, and UAT.
• Experience with ServiceNow / ITSM ticketing systems.
• Knowledge of Customer Master and Material Master.
• Experience supporting global Vistex environments across US, Europe, and Asia.
• Knowledge of DMR and VIZI is preferred.
