Job summary

Simelabs is seeking an experienced SAP Vistex professional to lead design, implementation, and ongoing support in a global SAP ERP environment. You will translate business requirements into scalable Vistex solutions and drive end-to-end delivery from design through deployment.

Responsibilities include collaborating with Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, and Pricing teams, mentoring teammates, and guiding Vistex integrations with SAP ECC/S4HANA as part of transformation programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Vistex.
• Experience implementing and supporting Vistex in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of SAP ERP processes and integration points.
• Experience with Incentives & Paybacks, Rebates, Revenue Management, or Chargebacks and Claims.
• Strong knowledge of SAP SD and integration with other SAP modules.
• Experience working in international and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Job description

• Lead the design, implementation, enhancement, and support of SAP Vistex solutions within a global SAP ERP environment.
• Translate business requirements into scalable and sustainable SAP Vistex solutions.
• Drive end-to-end solution delivery, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare support.
• Collaborate closely with business teams from Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, and Pricing functions.
• Provide expert guidance on Vistex processes such as:
  • Rebates and Incentives
  • Royalties and Licensing
  • Claims Management
• Support integration between SAP Vistex and SAP ECC/S4HANA and related enterprise platforms.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Participate in global transformation and ERP modernization programs.

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience with SAP Vistex.
• Strong experience implementing and supporting Vistex solutions in complex enterprise environments.
• Deep understanding of SAP ERP processes and integration points.
• Experience with at least one or more of the following areas:
  • a) Incentives & Paybacks
  • b) Rebates
  • d) Revenue Management
  • e) Chargebacks and Claims
• Strong knowledge of SAP SD and integration with other SAP modules.
• Experience working in international and cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformations.
• Pharmaceutical, life sciences, healthcare, or highly regulated industry experience.
• Familiarity with SAP BTP and modern SAP architecture.
• Experience working in Agile and DevOps delivery models.
• SAP and/or Vistex certifications are considered a plus.
